- Social Security Number
- 3 Recent Pay Stubs
- Date of Birth
- Current Address
- Proof of Last Year's Total Income (W2, 1099, or Tax Return)

Documents needed for GUARANTOR
A guarantor helps strengthen your application when income or credit history alone isn't enough. Here's what they'll need to provide.
Guarantor ApplicationIf you do have a co-signer, the co-signer will need to complete two more steps:
- Current Address
- Co-signer's Name
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Image of Legal Photo ID
